Subway

How I love subways in Moscow! That breeze in the station, those enormous ceilings… but for me, the most pleasant thing is riding alone late at night: the cozy sway of the old train, the feeling of the handrail next to you as you sit at the edge of the row, the blinking station lights overhead, and some music playing in your headphones, transporting you straight home. This is what I love so much and remember so much when I’m far far away from home.
